After having two children and approaching 40 I understand how the body changes as we age. I have adapted my training with the changes and have gained much knowledge through reading and studying many of the different facets of fitness. I feel using a balance of cardio, weight training, yoga and HIIT in my programmes get's maximum results and keeps exercise new and fresh. I have had many diverse clients ranging from pre and post natal women to a client that wanted to ease the symptoms of arthritis. Alongside the personal training my passion is coaching clients about the importance of good nutrition and that combining these two aspects together is the ultimate force on your quest for fitness.
